CoinW Themed Twitter Space Event brings powerful female voices.

At 20:30 on the evening of March 6 (UTC+8), the Twitter Space with the theme of “Women Rising in Web3, How Women Grow and Find Success in the Web3 Industry” convened as scheduled, and 8 guests engaged in an insightful dialogue on women and Web3 related topics. The panelists’ perspectives were both insightful and accessible, and the cumulative viewership of the theme space exceeded 3.6 thousand.

Regarding the advantages of women in the Web3 field, Nswap CXO Sama stated that women possess more emotionality which allows them to quickly understand the dynamics of community building. She also advised Web3 women to identify their own positioning, invest time in learning, and take part in practical experience. Jenny Xu believes that gender should not be a factor when considering Web3, and emphasized that women should put effort into understanding themselves and learning through practical experience for continual improvement.

Obayashi indicated in Space that vitality, opportunity, and freedom are the most attractive aspects of WEB3. She has her sights set on Ethereum upgrades as the focus of her work this year and is keeping an eye on the opportunities of LSD, DeFi, and Layer2 tracks. RroTradex representative Sam highlighted the popular tracks of the moment and commented that the anticipation of BTC halving is likely to lead to a market uptrend this year. He suggested that NFT, NFTFi, BTCFi, and modularization are all hot fields in the short term.

For the selection of high-quality projects, both Gigi and Tequila believe that the key factors to consider include the team background, the level of community activity, the sustainability of the project’s ecological mechanism, and its potential to create social value. CryptoMaid also provides three suggestions through the support of AI: 1. Locate experienced mentors in the industry; 2. Establish connections with individuals possessing relevant technical skills and increase their knowledge of the project; 3. Think of potential opportunities independently.

In an effort to promote female involvement in the Web3 industry, female opinion leaders have begun to share their stories through various theme spaces. This serves to assist female peers to become more familiar with the Web3 industry, and also to spread the voices of Web3 women to the rest of the world. It is evident that the Web3 industry needs more female representation!

In an effort to bring more benefits to global users, CoinW took part in the Goddess Festival Red Envelope Solitaire activity initiated by the DeNet platform from March 7th to March 9th, allocating a total of 1,000 USDT red envelopes. The statistics indicate that the participation in the Goddess Festival series of videos, theme space and red envelope solitaire organized by CoinW exceeded 5,000, with an overall exposure of over 150,000 times.

The increasing involvement of women in the Web3 space is a testament to its inclusivity and maturity. Web3 is borderless and gender-neutral, allowing individuals from different backgrounds, genders and professions to benefit from its advancements. Web3 can serve as a powerful tool for women to question existing norms and spark positive change in the world. We hope this special event by CoinW will embolden female participants who are looking to join the Web3 space to take the plunge.
