VitaDAO aims to extend human lifespan by researching, funding and commercializing longevity therapies in an open and democratic manner.

4–1. VITA tokens are governance tokens (Ether, ERC20) that grant the right to participate in governance.

4–2. VITA holders decide how to commercialize and bring it to patients

5–1. 30% will be allocated to the community for initial Genesis, (10% of the total tokens sold at the Genesis auction (i.e. 6,435,936 VITA), representing nearly 50% of the direct circulating supply after issuance.) .

VITA does not grant IP ownership. Instead it grants full governance rights. As $VITA receives funding for R&D projects and begins to generate data, the value of VitaDAO’s IP grows with positive research results. growth of the VitaDAO ecosystem and greater funding availability. This in turn attracts higher quality IP, which in turn funds more projects and further develops the VitaDAO ecosystem.
