Dear CoinW users:

Since KokoSwap has completed the chain swap, KOKO holders who have not completed the transfer will not be able to obtain the corresponding rights and interests. In order to reduce the loss of users, CoinW will conduct settlement on the KOKO assets that are net-buy and currently held by users on the CoinW platform after 14:00 on November 10, 2021 (UTC), and the settlement will be implemented on January 20, 2022. The pricing of the settlement is based on the average net buying price of the users within the time frame.There will be no further announcement after the settlement is completed, and the specific settlement amount is subject to the actual amount you receive in the account.

KOKO settlement related instructions:

1. KOKO assets deposited to CoinW from non-CoinW address or purchased before 14:00 (UTC) on November 10, 2021 are not within the scope of this settlement. Users can contact the KOKO project party for asset migration by themselves;

3. The pricing of the settlement is based on the average net buying price of the users within the settlement time frame. Settlement price: Net average buying price = total buying amount after 14:00 (UTC) on November 10, 2021/total buying volume after 14:00 (UTC) on November 10, 2021.

4. Settlement amount in USDT = net-buy KOKO assets remaining in the account within the settlement time frame * settlement price;
