1. Research Comment

Convert LP into tokens, with assets as collateral, T and KEEP prices are bound together. Token T is issued at exchange ratios of 1 NU = 3.26 T, 1 KEEP = 4.78 T. Shortly after the official launch of the Threshold Network and upgraded native token $T, Keep multisig approved a proposal to repurpose the Uniswap KEEP-ETH pool incentive to stimulate T-ETH liquidity on Curve.

Threshold is a way to keep your information and digital assets private while using a public blockchain. In Threshold, Keep’s infrastructure and NuCypher’s privacy tools will provide users with an integrated way to keep their digital assets private and secure. Threshold Network (T) tokens are converted from NuCypher (NU) and Keep Network (KEEP) tokens, and tokens T are issued according to the exchange ratio of 1 NU = 3.26 T and 1 KEEP = 4.78 T.

4. Token Roles

(1) The T-ETH reward is an economic incentive for LPs to convert liquidity into $T and increase demand, generating strong initial liquidity for our native token.

(2) Increase the yield on the liquidity owned by the Threshold protocol in the Curve pool (note that the Threshold DAO’s LP token — crvTETH — is staked on Convex), thereby diversifying the network’s funds and income.

(3) Incentives to market Threshold Network to a new community and recruit stakers.
