1. Research Institute Short Review

Across Protocol has clear advantages as a new cross-chain project. It allows users to transfer tokens between chains (layers) instantly and cheaply by borrowing liquidity from a decentralized relay, which can pre-fund the user to make instant transfers between chains. In return for providing this service, the relay can choose from a single pool of liquidity on the Ethernet network for on-chain compensation. optimism has a long waiting period in the process of token withdrawal, Across Protocol can effectively solve this inconvenience.

3.Project Introduction

Across Protocol is an emerging cross-chain bridge, built on UMA’s Optimistic prediction machine. It combines the Optimism prophecy machine, relays, and a single-sided liquidity pool to provide decentralized and instantaneous transactions between chains.

4.Token role

ACX is a decentralized governance token that allows token holders to control the cross-chain protocol, enjoy protocol governance rights, and also have decision-making power over DAO funding.

5. Token Allocation

There are 1 billion ACX tokens in total, and the distribution is divided into four main parts

1. 125 million ACX are used for airdrop, and the main distribution is as follows.

Community: 20 million ACX

Early Bridge users: 15 million ACX

Mobility Providers: 70 million ACX

Bridge Traveler Program: 10–20 million ACX

2. Strategic Partners and Fundraising: 250 million ACX

3. DAO treasury: 525 million ACX

4. Agreement Awards: 100 million ACX

6. Investment Institutions

Across the Chain Bridge Across Protocol received $10 million in funding at a valuation of $200 million, with venture capital institutions such as Hack VC, Placeholder, and Blockchain Capital.

7.Project outlook

Across Protocol project team is a strong UMA team, and the project helps solve the problem of long waiting time for Optimism in the process of withdrawing coins; the economic incentive design of the project token is reasonable; and it has good cash flow after recent financing. In the future, along with the explosion of Layer2, the demand for cross-chain/cross-layer transactions is expected to be very large, and Across Protocol’s future growth space is expected to be large. The project token has just been circulated and is expected to have certain speculative value in the short term, but the overall market is depressed, so it is expected to have less possibility of sustained rise in the medium term, but still has investment value in the long term.
